This Technics 1000 watt/rms CD/DVD player is of the highest quality, the audio play back from both cd and dvd are AMAZING, the clarity of sound is of cinema qualty and the bass is furniture rumblingly good. The picture quality is excellent, made all the better with a hd tv. All 4 units are in excellent condition and work perfectly, the 2 main speakers are also in excellent working order as is the front facing speaker, of the 2 surround speakers one of them has cosmetic damage which hasnt affected the sound quality in any way.
